How to Use
Take 1 portion of Balali's Vishalam Ven Pongal ReadyMix and 4.5 portions of water in a Pressure cooker
Close the cooker, and add weight. Cook in medium flame
After 5 whistles, turn of the stove and keep aside the cooker for 15 minutes
Remove the weight and lid of the cooker, and mix the contents well. Hot Ven Pongal is Redy!
We have added all necessary ingredients to prepare traditionally tasting South Indian Rice Pongal, including ghee, cashew, curry leaves etc. No need to add any other ingredient.
