Jaangiri is a soft and juicy South Indian delicacy, made with urad dal and rice batter. Generally, we do not add artificial colours to our products - but, in this we have added a little Orange Food Colour of premium brand to bring in the traditional colour.

Shelf Life
7 days from the date of preparation, depending on transit and storage conditions. If it's hot conditions, the shelf life will be low and if it's cool conditions, the shelf life may be better... Through refrigeration, shelf life can be increased by another 2-4 days.
