Paal Kova or Thiratti Paal is a sweet prepared by condensing milk (removing water by boiling) and adding sugar, cardamom.
Balali's Vishalam Paal Kova or Thiratti Paal is prepared using fresh Cow's milk (not processed milk). By default, we prepare this product using white sugar only, unless the customer requests for using jaggery instead of sugar.

Shelf Life
12-14 days from the date of preparation, depending on transit and storage conditions. If it's hot conditions, the shelf life will be low and if it's cool conditions, the shelf life may be better... Through refrigeration, shelf life can be increased by another 3-5 days.
